Condo-sized jobs, done neatly and on schedule.

Aventura is a short drive south of Ben's base in Hallandale Beach, and a lot of the homes there are condo units and apartments. Those jobs have their own rhythm: a limited work window, shared hallways, and a building that may want to know who is coming.

Ben works neatly and keeps the work area tidy. When you call, tell him your building's rules about work hours, elevators and insurance, and he will plan around them. Typical jobs here are TV mounting and shelves, painting and touch-ups, popcorn ceiling removal, door adjustments, and fixing the small things that pile up before you rent or sell.

Everything is priced upfront, and anything that needs a licensed plumber or electrician is called out honestly instead of guessed at.
